Great value for money and friendly staff. Good location in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and shops. the pool area was clean and well-maintained.

Limited food options at the pool bar. the rooms could benefit from better soundproofing as noise from neighboring rooms and outside could be heard.

I recently spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel in Puerto de la Cruz and there were a couple of things that I really liked. the hotel had a clean and tidy appearance, which was a pleasant sight. the pool was very nice and provided a refreshing place to relax and cool off from the hot weather. the hotel's location was superb as it was conveniently situated near various attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the area.

On the other hand, there were a couple of aspects of the hotel that I did not enjoy. the rooms lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable to stay in during the warm nights.

We had a fantastic time staying at a hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. the location was perfect, being close to the promenade and right in the centre of town. the room was clean and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. the staff were friendly and helpful, always available at the reception. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning with a variety of options. the hotel also had a lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds and a relaxing atmosphere.
